Doppler Systems RDF User Interface provides a simple user interface to Doppler Systems radio direction finders. Connection to the direction finder is made via a TCP/IP connection. The user needs only to know the IP address and IP port number being used by the direction finder. When used on a LAN, the application will automatically discover the direction finders on the network and connect with the first one it finds. Multiple direction finders can be entered in a list but only one connection is allowed at a time. The application displays the line of bearing from the user’s location to the transmission source. The user can set the receiver frequency, adjust the receiver squelch level, and calibrate the direction finder to any angle.
